Postdoctural Research Associate.

Dr. Qian Yi Lee is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Australian Catholic University specialising in qualitative methods with research interest in human resource management. 

Qian’s background is in frontline management and performance management research. She completed her PhD in 2019 with thesis titled ‘A systems perspective of performance management in the Singapore public sector.’ 

Qian is currently working on three projects on employers, employment services, and job quality/good work.
